Nippon Oil Pump TOP-10A without relief valve, NOP trochoid pump made in Japan. 1A series gerotor pump. Counter-clockwise ( cc) rotation as seen from the end of shaft (standard rotation direction), theoretical displacement 0.8 cm3/rev, maxmun rotation speed: 3000, triangular pump head.
